February 15th 2021

Beaming Knowledge in Africa and the Africa Institute for Mathematical Science (AIMS) partner in the pilot training of the ISTQB® certification in Rwanda.

The ISTQB® Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL) trainings will be attended by AIMS’ staff and students interested in pursuing a career in software testing – this will give them the opportunity to learn the global best practices and standards in software testing used in big software industries.

The training is the first of its kind in Rwanda and its main objective is to empower young Africans with the necessary skills and tools needed to get the right professional certifications in order to compete in the global job market.

The Beaming Knowledge in Africa initiative believes that partnerships with forward thinking institutions such as AIMS aligns with our vision of raising the next generation of African professionals and will help drive home-grown solutions in the African continent.

Virtual training sessions will take place on the 08 – 13th of March 2021.
